For the future, EKAFLEX S.r.l. intends to consolidate the position acquired and recognized by the market, improving the results achieved in recent years. Our future will depend on the value of our work and will be indispensable to ensure our continued development, competitiveness and satisfactory profitability, always in compliance with the mandatory regulations and voluntary standards taken as reference (BRCGS Packaging Materials Issue current edition and UNI EN ISO 9001), in terms of Product Safety, Hygiene and Quality.

EKAFLEX S.r.l. applies an integrated Quality Management System that ensures the achievement of objectives through the following priority values, on which we have built the System itself:

• The customer: is the main evaluator of our quality; Ekaflex is committed to the production of high quality products, meeting the required specifications, and declares its commitment to give ever greater satisfaction;
• Processes and regulations: compliance with voluntary and mandatory regulations with reference to UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and BRCGS Packaging Materials Issue current edition ;
• The product: high performance, continuous development and product safety are indispensable elements for the promotion of our capabilities and image to the outside world, conveyed through the product. Management is committed to using raw materials and components that are appropriate to the Customer’s requirements and comply with mandatory regulations;
• Suppliers: are our direct partners and contribute significantly on the quality of the product and service to the Customer;
• Ourselves: consolidating and improving achievements requires the presence of people who are professionally prepared, trained, educated, and aware of their roles and responsibilities. Management is committed to:

The integrated Quality Management System, is not, therefore, configured as the interest of a single function but of the entire EKAFLEX S.r.l. and is self-sustaining in the acquired conviction that, in order to improve, it is necessary to constantly self-assess and always question oneself, since continuous improvement requires the involvement and participation of everyone.

This document is communicated to all company personnel so that it is understood and implemented as a guiding principle of the activity, and is subject to periodic review to continuously ascertain its suitability.
